The event will be hosted at the auditorium of the museum on the first floor.

The reception desk and the security of the museum will have the list of participants. You will need to check in with them to enter the museum. Please be kind and patient with them - they may be busy with regular museum guests as the museum is a popular tourist attraction. 

Lunch and coffee breaks will be provided on sight at the salle Trocadéro of the museum on the 1st floor.

The conference dinner/apero will be on the private terrace of the museum. Badges are required for entry, so we will ask everyone to meet Marc and Mary at the museum entrance in groups so we can take everyone up together.
